Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen location serving multiple brands, channels, and delivery methods. You’ll guide a multifunctional team, manage cross-brand collaboration in one facility, and own the local P&L with a focus on labor, food costs, and margins.

You will partner with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to optimize operations, drive growth, and mentor managers-in-training in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce.
• Proven track record with P&L ownership and KPI management.
• Comfortable managing hybrid teams of employees and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels.
• Lead labor deployment, throughput, and service execution.
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, waste, and shelf life.
• Drive KPIs and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Represent Wonder in local partner ecosystem.
