Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a multi-brand kitchen and fulfillment operation in Fort Worth. You’ll own the local P&L, optimize labor and throughput, and manage both employees and contracted partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will collaborate across finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to drive profitability, control costs, and deploy scalable processes in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership of high-volume, complex operations.
• Experience in operations, logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce.
• Proven full P&L ownership and KPI management.
• Ability to lead cross-brand collaboration and manage hybrid workforce.
• Strong problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels.
• Optimize labor deployment and service execution.
• Ensure compliance with labor and food safety standards.
• Manage inventory, waste reduction, and shelf life adherence.
• Lead a blended on-site workforce and partner performance.
• Drive profitability and own the location P&L.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving and revenue opportunities.
