Job summary

Metro Credit Union in Newton, MA is hiring a Regional Member Specialist to deliver consistent, high-quality service across multiple branches. You will support branch operations, assist with accounts and loans, and help connect members with suitable products and services.

You’ll travel between Metro branches as needed, maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering accurate, friendly service to diverse communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail banking or customer service.
• Ability to travel between branches.
• Able to work branch hours, including Saturdays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through everyday banking needs and transactions.
• Support multiple branches with teller, member service, opening, closing, and operations.
• Assist members in-person, by phone, and via digital channels.
• Handle complex questions and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
• Complete consumer loan interviews and assist with the application process.
• Partner with Retail colleagues to meet growth, referral, and retention goals.
