Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for members via branch, online, or Contact Center channels and address financial needs and challenges via email, phone, or written correspondence.
• Cross-sell and guide members through the full loan application process.
• Resolve complex member issues with strong communication and emerging leadership abilities.
