Job summary

SMB T is seeking an experienced banking professional to provide exceptional customer service and manage full relationship-based interactions at multiple branches. You will open accounts, process loans, and promote electronic services and wealth products.

Travel within the county to support branches, balance cash and perform daily operational tasks, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with some training.
• Customer service, cash handling and banking experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and basic computer skills (Word/Excel).
• Knowledge of Jack Henry applications (Xperience, Synapsys) helpful.
• Familiarity with TCR, PTM and coin machines a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple branches within the county to assist as needed.
• Build and maintain customer relations with high quality service.
• Assist customers from start to finish as a full relationship manager.
• Interview customers to obtain information and sell bank products.
• Open new accounts and discuss/close consumer loans.
• Sell and refer electronic services, wealth management, and financing services.
• Balance drawers, perform audits, and manage branch operations.
• Support branch marketing initiatives and keep work areas organized.
