Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking an Area Teller Specialist to deliver friendly, accurate service and process banking transactions across multiple branch locations. You will identify customer needs and refer opportunities to banking partners to provide additional financial solutions.

The role requires teller experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel within the district to support staffing and operations, while promoting digital banking capabilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of teller experience or equivalent cash-handling experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and operational skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple branch locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service during customer banking transactions.
• Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to banking partners for additional financial solutions.
• Support teller operations and help maintain operational excellence across branch locations.
• Educate customers on available banking products, services, and digital banking capabilities.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns to ensure a positive banking experience.
• Process transactions in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Service vault, ATM, and night deposit operations as assigned.
• Travel regularly to support staffing and operational needs across multiple branches within the district.
