Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services, LLC. is seeking a Division Specialist to support multiple branches in the Southern Tennessee Division. The role focuses on overseeing branch operations and delivering trusted customer service in a high-growth environment.

The Division Specialist will help manage lending decisions, staff performance, and business development while maintaining strong customer relationships. The position requires travel and strong communication skills within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.
Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Bilingual, Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with the support and management of multiple branch locations and motivate staff to meet goals and branch profitability, lending, credit quality, collections and expenses.
Make loan decisions up to established lending limits or process and close consumer loans; collect accounts in delinquency.
Assist branch managers with business development relationships within the community and sales goals.
Assist customers with solutions and monitor overall customer satisfaction.
Assist with hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations as applicable.
Ensure a high quality of customer service.
Ability to travel as required.
All other duties as assigned.
