Lendmark Financial Services LLC is hiring a Division Specialist to support multiple branches, ensuring efficient operations and a high level of customer satisfaction. You will oversee lending decisions, staff coordination, and community engagement to meet profitability and service goals.

The role requires a minimum of 5+ years in consumer finance, strong communication, and proficient lending software skills. Travel may be required; office environment with growth opportunities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with lending software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations of multiple branches to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Make or recommend loan decisions within lending limits; process and close consumer loans; manage delinquency.
• Support branch managers with hiring, staffing, and performance reviews; coach the team.
• Develop community relationships to drive business and sales targets.
• Sell products and services to meet sales goals and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Travel as required; perform other duties as assigned.

Educación

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
