Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services, LLC. is seeking a Division Specialist to support multiple branches in the Southern Tennessee Division. The role focuses on overseeing branch operations and delivering trusted customer service in a high-growth environment.

The Division Specialist will help manage lending decisions, staff performance, and business development while maintaining strong customer relationships. The position requires travel and strong communication skills within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Bilingual, Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the support and management of multiple branch locations and motivate staff to meet goals and branch profitability, lending, credit quality, collections and expenses.
• Make loan decisions up to established lending limits or process and close consumer loans; collect accounts in delinquency.
• Assist branch managers with business development relationships within the community and sales goals.
• Assist customers with solutions and monitor overall customer satisfaction.
• Assist with hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations as applicable.
• Ensure a high quality of customer service.
• Ability to travel as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
