Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the support and management of multiple branch locations and motivate staff to meet goals.
• Make loan decisions up to established lending limits; process consumer loans; close consumer loans.
• Assist multiple branch managers with business development relationships within the community.
• Sell products and services to meet sales goals.
• Assist customers with the implementation of solutions and monitor overall customer satisfaction.
• Assist multiple branch managers with hiring, staffing, training and performance reviews as applicable.
• Ensure a high quality of customer service.
• Ability to travel as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
