Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with support and management of multiple branch locations; motivate staff to meet goals.
• Make loan decisions up to lending limits; process/close consumer loans; collect delinquent accounts.
• Support branch managers with business development and community relationships.
• Sell products to meet sales goals; monitor customer satisfaction.
• Assist with hiring, staffing, training and performance reviews as applicable.
• Ensure high quality customer service; travel as required.
