Job summary

BridgePrep Academy, Inc. is seeking a highly organized MTSS Teacher to join our instructional team at BridgePrep North Miami Beach.

You will deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions to students, using data to drive instruction and close learning gaps. The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, counselors, and administrators across our network of 21 Florida charter schools, with a strong focus on student growth and MTSS fidelity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited educational institution.
• Valid or eligible Florida Professional or Temporary Teaching Certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and small-group management skills; aligned with our mission.
• Preferred: experience implementing Tier 2/Tier 3 interventions within MTSS framework.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver standards-aligned Tier 2 and Tier 3 intervention lessons to small groups.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain progress-monitoring data to track student growth.
• Participate in MTSS problem-solving discussions with clear documentation for meetings.
• Establish routines and schoolwide behavior systems with fidelity to create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain compliance on data reports, lesson plans, and documentation timelines; engage in PD and coaching.
