Job summary

ISD 622 seeks an Intervention & Data Lead Teacher (TOSA) to advance the elementary MTSS framework and lead academic and behavioral interventions. The role includes scheduling data meetings, supporting WIN implementation, and collaborating with BIS, ML, AA, SPED, EAs, and district staff.

The position requires a Master’s in Education, K-6 licensed teaching experience (5+ years), and strong data literacy with FastBridge, EduClimber, and Infinite Campus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or in the process of obtaining
• Licensed K-6 Elementary Education with at least five years of experience
• Extensive teacher leadership experience in MTSS interventions
• Proficient with ISD 622 instructional technology
• Deep understanding of MTSS framework, SoR and evidence-based methods
• Ability to facilitate professional development for groups
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with initiative and teamwork orientation
• Growth mindset and project management abilities
• Proficient with district data collection and analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and support MTSS academic and behavioral interventions
• Manage WIN scheduling, planning, and implementation
• Facilitate data team meetings (fall/winter/spring) and progress monitoring
• Serve as EduClimber and data lead for building-level data oversight
• Provide professional development on intervention tools and strategies
• Attend district-level MTSS meetings with district leadership
• Communicate with parents and community partners
• Maintain MTSS materials and build staff collaboration
• Serve as building substitute as needed
• Adapt duties as assigned by the principal
