Job summary

Reaching All Minds Academy in Durham, NC seeks a full-time MTSS Teacher to lead the Multi-Tiered System of Support for K-8. You will report to the Director of Student Services and work with the instructional team to design interventions and support students across academics, behavior, and social-emotional learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or related field.
• NC teaching license required.
• MTSS experience and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MTSS framework implementation across tiers.
• Conduct assessments to identify needs and inform instruction.
• Provide direct Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Engage in professional development to stay current on MTSS.
