Job summary

BridgePrep Academy, Inc. is seeking a highly organized MTSS Teacher to join our instructional team. You will deliver targeted Tier 2/3 interventions to small groups, using data to drive growth and align with our MTSS framework.

You will collaborate with campus leaders and teachers to close learning gaps, ensure standards mastery, and support students toward long-term academic success. Bachelor’s degree and Florida teaching certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited educational institution.
• Valid or eligible Florida Professional or Temporary Teaching Certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Tier 2/3 intervention lessons to small groups.
• Collect and analyze progress data to track student growth.
• Support MTSS meetings with clean documentation.
• Establish routines and schoolwide behavior systems.
• Maintain 100% compliance on data reports and lesson plans.
