Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or 60 college credits or passing Missouri paraprofessional test.
• Background check satisfactory to the Board of Education.
• Excellent written, oral, organizational, time management and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates as an effective team member across settings to support student success.
• Assists with planning, problem solving and decision making.
• Assists with preparation of academic resources.
• Supports students and teachers in MTSS intervention strategies and data collection.
• Supervises students during instruction and activities as assigned.
• Active participant in MTSS team meetings.
• Maintains confidentiality in all student-related matters.
• Performs routine instructional and behavioral support tasks and clerical duties.
