BridgePrep Academy Hollywood Hills is seeking an Academic Interventionist (MTSS Teacher) to deliver targeted Tier 2 and Tier 3 small-group instruction, closing learning gaps and supporting grade-level mastery. You will work within a student-centered network of charter schools across Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited educational institution.
• Valid or eligible Florida Professional or Temporary Teaching Certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and small-group management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead standards-aligned, small-group intervention lessons for students performing below grade level.
• Collect and analyze formative and summative data to track student growth and support MTSS meetings.
• Partner closely with classroom teachers, counselors, and families to support diverse learners (ESE, 504, ELL).
• Participate in targeted professional development and MTSS system strengthening activities.
