Zusammenfassung

Washoe County School District is seeking an MTSS Specialist to lead the development, coordination, and implementation of MTSS, PBIS, RP, and SEL at PreK-12 sites. The role provides leadership and technical assistance, delivers job-embedded coaching, and supports equitable, data-driven systems that improve student outcomes.

Qualifikationen

Master's degree in education or related field.
Experience implementing MTSS/PBIS/SEL in K-12 settings.
Knowledge of federal, state, and district policies related to MTSS.

Aufgaben

Collaborate with district and site leaders to support system-wide MTSS implementation with fidelity in academics and behavior.
Provide leadership, coaching, and consultation for MTSS implementation at school sites.
Facilitate data-driven decision-making practices, including progress monitoring and intervention planning.
Deliver and organize professional development for staff on MTSS, PBIS, RP, and SEL.
Coordinate with school teams and district departments to align MTSS supports and resources.
