• Oversee implementation and monitoring of MTSS.
• Develop and use data-driven processes to identify student needs and track interventions.
• Collaborate with educators to implement academic, behavioral, and social‑emotional interventions.
• Identify, implement, and monitor evidence-based practices to support student success.
• Facilitate collaborative teams to align curriculum, assessment, and instruction with MTSS.
• Provide ongoing coaching to educators on data interpretation and intervention planning.
• Analyze district-wide data to identify trends, monitor progress, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Manage budgets and resources for curriculum development and intervention programs.
• Seek and oversee grants or funding opportunities to enhance MTSS.
• Provide reports on MTSS outcomes and school-wide trends to district leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent and/or Executive Director.

Job Summary
