Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education; Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid teaching certification with K-12 experience.
• Strong MTSS knowledge, data analysis, and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate MTSS frameworks and interventions.
• Provide professional development and coaching to educators.
• Analyze student data to monitor progress and inform decisions.
• Lead regular staff meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
• Support school-wide MTSS policies and procedures.
• Engage families and community partners to promote engagement.
• Participate in school leadership teams and strategic planning.
• Stay current on MTSS research and best practices and share knowledge.
