Qualifications

• Washington State teaching certificate required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Five+ years of teaching experience.
• Experience mentoring, coaching or leading professional development.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and supports teachers to implement inclusive and evidence-based instruction.
• Facilitates MTSS-Intervention team activities with administrators.
• Supports PLCs with data analysis and planning for high-quality instruction.
• Promotes equitable learning experiences and culturally responsive practices.
• Provides professional learning aligned to district curriculum and initiatives.
• Offers regular coaching to new teachers and contributes to district professional learning.
