Job summary

Wilder Elementary School in Woodinville, WA is seeking a half-time Instructional Coach to support teachers through coaching, modeling, and collaborative planning. This role emphasizes MTSS, equity, and culturally sustaining practices to advance student achievement and inclusion.

Coaches will work with school and district leaders to deliver job-embedded professional learning, analyze data, and foster reflective, collaborative teams.

Qualifications

• Washington State teaching certificate.
• Related Bachelor's Degree.
• Five or more years of teaching experience.
• Experience mentoring, coaching or leading professional learning.
• Experience partnering with administrators to shift instructional practices.

Responsibilities

• Coach and model instructional practices to improve student achievement.
• Co-facilitate MTSS-Intervention work with building leaders.
• Support PLCs with data analysis and high-quality instruction.
• Provide job-embedded professional learning aligned to district curricula.
• Foster inclusive, culturally responsive teaching and strong classroom environments.
• Support new teachers with ongoing coaching.
