Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC is seeking a TOC Systems Engineer to join its Managed IT team within Service Operations. You will support customer systems infrastructure, desktop computing, and cloud environments, partnering with end users, internal teams, and vendors to restore service and fulfill server, storage, and application tasks.

The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining environments, updating documentation, and supporting lifecycle initiatives under senior guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, systems administration, or technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class customer support for Impact Networking customer environments.
• Handle incidents, change orders, and service requests by restoring service and closing cases.
• Monitor infrastructure and escalate complex issues per process.
• Document work and track time in HaloPSA with detailed notes.
• Communicate ticket status clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Assist in reviewing requests and elevate advanced concerns to senior engineers.
• Maintain system documentation and assist with backups, patching, and routine admin tasks.
• Perform configuration changes in response to approved client issues or service requests.
• Participate in training and certification development to strengthen skills.
