The 20 LLC is a nationwide MSP and growth platform delivering technology solutions and support from Bozeman, MT. We are seeking a System Administrator to ensure seamless systems operation for internal and client environments, driving IT excellence through collaboration and initiative.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of IT administration experience, strong Microsoft skills (AD, Azure AD, M365, Intune), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and network security expertise.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, System Administration, or closely related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of IT administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft certifications or other network-related certifications is a plus.
• Working knowledge of virtualization, VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and operate computer systems, network servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Install and upgrade computer components and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors; document problems and resolutions.
• Provide documentation and technical specifications for planning/upgrading IT infrastructure.
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts to resolve issues with minimal disruption.
• Travel onsite to client locations to provide hands-on technical support and implement solutions.
