Integris is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain and support Windows Server and desktop environments, MS 365, Azure, and network infrastructure across client environments. You will troubleshoot, document, and mentor junior staff while ensuring security best practices and ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least one intermediate certification is preferred (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-102, CCNA, AI-103).
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience supporting infrastructure, end-user technologies, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms.
• Experience mentoring junior technical staff and contributing to documentation and operational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned tickets in order of SLA and resolve admin-level issues.
• Serve as the primary escalation resource for the Systems Technician team.
• Provide advanced end-user, server, networking, virtualization, and cloud support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with colleagues and mentor the technical team; develop SOPs and knowledge base.
• Promote AI tools and productivity techniques to improve operations and documentation.
