Job summary

Search Services is seeking an experienced Systems Specialist to provide hands-on IT support across Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networks, servers, security, and cloud technologies. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on business IT support experience.
• Experience in an MSP, MSSP, managed services, or multi-client support environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong Windows endpoint, networking, and Windows Server knowledge.
• Experience with backups, security tools, PSA/RMM platforms, and remote-support tools.
• Current IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Server+, Microsoft 365, Azure, or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong client-service, communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
• Security-first mindset when handling credentials, remote access, and sensitive client information.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional remote and onsite IT support for managed services clients.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops, printers, peripherals, applications, and user-access issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD, MFA, users, groups, and permissions.
• Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, file servers, Remote Desktop Services, and Group Policy.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, internet connectivity, and other SMB network infrastructure.
• Support virtualization, backup, storage, endpoint security, and remote-access environments.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and internal technical resources to resolve client issues.
• Maintain accurate tickets, documentation, time entries, and client communications.
• Manage assigned work efficiently and escalate issues when additional technical review or approval is required.
