Vinebrook Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support a diverse client environment within a Managed Services Provider setting. The role covers Windows Server, AD, and Microsoft 365, with virtualization, storage, and disaster recovery responsibilities.

The ideal candidate works well both remotely and onsite, handling multiple environments in a fast-paced MSP. Expect on-call rotations and opportunities to contribute to standardization and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Hands-on MSP or multi-tenant environment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory & Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
• Data centers or server room experience.
• Solid IT security fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO).
• Manage virtualized environments (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V).
• Perform VM provisioning, migrations, snapshots, capacity planning, performance tuning.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex server, virtualization, and storage issues escalated from Service Desk.
• Support multiple client environments in a fast-paced MSP setting.
