Job summary

Dijital Team Pty is hiring a Sales Administrator – MSP / Pre-Sales to support the sales function of our managed services offerings. You will translate customer requirements into scoped technology solutions, including hardware, software, licensing, cloud, and networking.

You will own the quotation process, draft proposals, and collaborate with Account Managers, engineers, distributors, and vendors to ensure accurate, competitive quotes and timely orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Administration within MSP or IT service providers.
• Ability to prepare IT quotations and proposals with pricing and terms.
• Commercial awareness including gross margin and recurring revenue.
• Handle multiple opportunities with accuracy and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quotation process for customer opportunities.
• Prepare quotations covering hardware, software, licensing, cloud, and services.
• Maintain opportunity and pricing data in CRM and PSA systems.
• Coordinate renewals and follow-ups to progress opportunities.
• Support onboarding and handover into procurement or delivery.
