Job summary

cloudatus is seeking a Mid-level Inside Sales & Procurement Specialist to support existing customers and international IT projects, focusing on hardware procurement, Microsoft licensing, and day-to-day commercial operations.

You will coordinate the full commercial process from quotations to invoicing, collaborate with project teams, distributors and Microsoft partners, and ensure accurate billing and licensing data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in IT procurement, software licensing, inside sales, sales operations or a similar commercial role within an IT company, reseller or distributor.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft licensing, particularly Microsoft 365 and subscription-based licensing models.
• Experience coordinating customer invoicing and ensuring that billing data, orders and supplier charges are accurate.
• English at minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of IT hardware, components and software licenses for customer projects and existing accounts.
• Request and compare quotations from distributors and vendors and negotiate pricing, availability and commercial terms.
• Work with project managers and technical teams to translate customer requirements into appropriate hardware and licensing solutions.
• Prepare customer quotations, calculate margins and process sales and purchase orders.
• Coordinate deliveries, lead times, returns, warranty requests and order discrepancies.
• Manage Microsoft 365 licenses and subscriptions, including new orders, quantity changes, renewals and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate licensing records, commitment periods, subscription quantities and renewal dates.
• Support cloudatus' Microsoft CSP activities and work with distributor portals and Microsoft Partner Center.
• Monitor Partner Program requirements, benefits and renewal deadlines.
• Coordinate customer invoicing and work with Finance to reconcile supplier charges, licensing data and customer billing.
• Proactively identify upcoming renewals, licensing optimisation opportunities and additional customer needs.
• Maintain accurate data in our ERP/CRM system and help improve purchasing, quotation and billing processes.
