Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Technology Services Administration Manager in St. Louis, MO to lead the administrative and operational functions of the Technology Services business onsite.

You will supervise and develop the admin team, manage quoting, purchasing, order processing, billing, commissions, and contract administration. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive process improvements and ensure accurate invoicing, with collaboration across engineering, sales, and finance to support MSP growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business management is required.
• 5+ years of MSP experience in quoting, procurement, billing, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Technology Services Administration team, assign workload, and conduct performance reviews.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching on systems and processes.
• Review billing and month-end close for accuracy and reconciliation with the GL.
