Job summary

Adecco Group’s Pontoon MSP unit seeks a Senior Client Services Director to lead a large MSP program, driving revenue, profitability, client and supplier satisfaction, and program compliance. Travel is required; team size exceeds 20 across global clients with varied products such as staff augmentation and services procurement.

You will shape defend and grow strategies, manage P&L, and lead cross-functional teams while collaborating with Sales VPs on bids and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Master’s preferred; LSS Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in a large Managed Service Program or related field.
• Expertise in managed service programs, national contract sales and contingent workforce industry; excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs a large MSP program within Pontoon MSP; manages resources, order management and supplier program.
• Develops and implements business plans to grow relationships with Pontoon MSP clients.
• Owns P&L and budget; provides monthly financial commentary and growth vision; drives client satisfaction and revenue growth.
