Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Senior Client Services Director to lead a large MSP within Pontoon MSP, directing strategy, revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction across global accounts. You will manage a multi-product portfolio, own the P&L, and supervise a team of 20+ onsite resources, with travel required and quarterly business reviews.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 10 years of leadership experience in MSPs, strong communication and strategic planning skills, with salary range

Qualifications

Ten years of leadership experience in a large MSP or related field.
Experience with managed service programs, national contract sales and the contingent workforce industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee a large MSP program with KPIs met.
Manage P&L, team performance, and client/stakeholder relationships.
Drive defend & grow strategy and portfolio expansion.
Lead quarterly and yearly business reviews with Pontoon MSP customers.
