Job summary

Inforcer Ltd. is seeking a Junior Implementation Manager to assist with onboarding MSP partners, organise webinars and classroom training, and maintain essential documentation.

You will manage project timelines, ensure client satisfaction, and communicate proactively as part of a growing cybersecurity and AI solutions team. The role emphasizes coordinating sessions, updating LMS content, and expanding Microsoft knowledge, with hands-on support across implementation tasks and customer-facing

Qualifications

• Some experience as an Implementation Manager or project management would be advantageous.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.
• Previous experience in general administration is essential.
• High levels of organisation and ability to plan busy schedules.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Webinars: Plan, book and co-host client facing webinars to increase knowledge of the inforcer platform.
• Classroom sessions: Organise and support client training sessions and assist the implementation team.
• Implementation: Support delivery of multiple sessions, manage project and client communications.
• Documentation: Update and create documentation, produce video content for training and customers.
• LMS: Maintain the customer facing LMS platform, keep content current and accessible.
• Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during implementation; expand Microsoft knowledge.
• Client Engagement: Work with clients to understand needs and ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Process Improvement: Help improve onboarding processes and overall client experience.
