Job summary

Inforcer in California seeks an Implementation Manager to oversee multiple client implementations, host webinars, and deliver group training sessions. You will manage project timelines, coordinate client communications, and drive successful onboarding that aligns with customers' business goals.

You will lead bespoke implementations for larger clients, develop documentation and training materials, and work with internal teams to continually improve onboarding processes and the overall client

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as an Implementation Manager or similar experience.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience with technical implementations, preferably involving Microsoft or SaaS products.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to make an impact quickly and drive self-accountability.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pre sales engagement for larger clients.
• Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot during implementation.
• Provide internal technical training.
• Host client-facing webinars.
