Qualifications

• 5 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in an MSP environment.
• Experience managing Exchange and server migrations, and in virtual machines.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, Group Policy, and IIS Services.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 2–3 tickets in the Engineering Ticket Queue.
• Support cloud migration efforts including Azure AD configurations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server environments.
