ComForCare Home Care - Charleston, SC is looking for a Managed IT Services (MSP) Level 2 Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years in IT support, showcasing technical acumen and exceptional customer service skills.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3-5 years in an MSP or similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPNs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
