TeamLogic IT of Tarpon Springs is seeking a skilled MSP Level 2 Technician to own escalated tickets and deliver on‑site and remote support for SMBs in Pinellas/Pasco counties. You’ll maintain client environments, contribute to automation, and improve documentation and processes.

You will mentor Level 1 staff, collaborate with a driven team, and participate in a culture of service excellence with opportunities for advancement and a strong benefit package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an MSP or equivalent IT support role.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune in multi-tenant contexts.
• Strong scripting, automation experience, and documentation practices.

Responsabilités

• Own escalated Level 2 tickets from Level 1 through resolution.
• Provide onsite and remote support across the Tampa Bay area.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and security configurations.
• Develop automation, maintain runbooks, and improve processes.
