Qualifications

• 5–6 years of hands-on MSP tech support experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 Enterprise platform skills.
• Experience coordinating IT projects end-to-end.
• Cloud migration experience (on-prem to Azure or similar).
• Excellent communication leading technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource plans for technical engagements.
• Coordinate and lead client deployment initiatives with internal engineers and third-party resources.
• Document standardized migration processes and manage client expectations.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and prepare clear technical docs and presentations.
• Evaluate scopes of work and change requests; identify risks and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with account managers and engineers to meet technical objectives.
