Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our MSP team on-site in Beaverton, Oregon. You will oversee server deployments, migrations, and service implementations, coordinating with customers, engineers, and sales to keep projects on track.

The role emphasizes project planning, stakeholder communication, documentation, and adherence to established processes, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another computer-related field.
• 5+ years of experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• 5+ years of project coordination and/or scheduling experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, timelines, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Coordinate multiple server deployment and implementation projects for customers.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder and project meetings; document minutes and actions.
• Prepare presentations and materials for project meetings.
• Track milestones and ensure deadlines are met; provide lifecycle support.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to standards.
• Document functional and technical specifications for delivered solutions.
• Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and change requests; coordinate updates.

Education
