Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Project Coordinator for its MSP division in Beaverton, Oregon. The role focuses on overseeing server deployment, migration, and service implementation projects, collaborating with customers, technical teams, and engineers to ensure on-time delivery and success.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a computer field and 5+ years in MSP environments, with strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another computer-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• 5+ years of project coordination and/or scheduling experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate multiple server deployment and implementation projects for customers.
• Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder and project meetings.
• Document meeting minutes, key decisions, action items, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare presentations and other materials for project meetings.
• Track milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for technical and non-technical teams.
