Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Beaverton, OR MSP division. The role involves overseeing server deployment, migrations, and service implementations, coordinating with customers and technical teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years in MSP environment.
5+ years coordinating and/or scheduling projects or programs.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate and manage multiple server deployment and implementation projects for customers.
Organize and participate in stakeholder and project meetings.
Document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items; follow up.
Prepare materials for project meetings and status reports.
Track milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
Manage client relationships and set clear expectations during implementation.
Coordinate with Technical Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Project Engineers.
