Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our MSP division on-site in Beaverton, OR. You will oversee server deployments, migrations, and service implementations, coordinating with customers, technical teams, sales engineers, and project engineers to keep projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field and 5+ years MSP experience, with proven multitasking, organizational, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a computer-related field.
• 5+ years of MSP environment experience.
• 5+ years of project coordination/scheduling experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, and expenditures.
• Coordinate and manage multiple server deployment and implementation projects.
• Attend and facilitate stakeholder and project meetings, document minutes and decisions.
• Prepare presentations and materials for project meetings and updates.
• Track milestones and ensure deadlines are met; provide lifecycle support.
• Develop and maintain project docs, SOWs, and change requests.
