Pacific Office Automation is looking for a Project Coordinator for our Beaverton, OR team. You will oversee server deployment, migration and service implementation projects while collaborating with customers, sales engineers and project engineers to ensure on-schedule delivery.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in CS/IT and 5 years in MSP environments, with strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 5 years of experience in an MSP environment.
• 5 years of project coordination or scheduling experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance technical knowledge with relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets and expenditures.
• Coordinate and manage multiple server deployment and implementation projects for customers.
• Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder and project meetings.
• Document meeting minutes, key decisions, action items and follow up activities.
• Prepare presentations and other materials for project meetings.
• Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
• Complete project tasks and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects follow established frameworks, processes and documentation standards.
• Identify and assess project risks and issues and provide solutions.
• Coordinate training and mentorship between teams and technical staff.
