Job summary

Vinebrook Technology in Orlando is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary technical team within a managed services environment. You will oversee daily operations, ensure SLA adherence, and drive operational excellence across systems, network, security, and NOC teams.

The role requires hands-on MSP experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders to review performance and strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing technical operations teams in an MSP environment.
• Hands-on experience as a technical resource in systems, network, security, or infrastructure administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals across systems, network, security, and NOC.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure SLAs and service commitments are met.
• Present operational metrics and improvement plans to customer leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational maturity across the MSP.
