Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Managed IT Services or MSP environments.
• Experience leading 24x7 managed services operations across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to improve client satisfaction, service performance and operational maturity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24x7 managed services delivery across Service Desk, NOC, SOC, and field services.
• Lead teams through managers and SMEs to ensure accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Practice Director to align practice strategy, forecast resource needs and drive financial performance.
• Maintain client health, build trusted client relationships, and manage escalations when needed.
