Job summary

Prestige Staffing is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician (MSP) in the Atlanta area to join a growing Managed Services Provider serving small and mid-sized businesses across metro Atlanta. You will be the first point of contact for clients, troubleshoot issues by phone and remote access across servers, PCs, networks, and phone systems.

The role emphasizes problem solving and clear communication, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 desktop apps.
• Basic Active Directory administration on Windows Server 2022: adding/disabling users, resetting passwords.
• Basic Microsoft 365 administration, including users and distribution lists.
• Working knowledge of IP networking and configuring computers for Ethernet.
• Experience with desktop and laptop setup, hardware upgrades, replacements.
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, including accurate time tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients by phone and remote access across servers, workstations, LAN/WAN, and PBX systems.
• Monitor, maintain, and report on client systems using remote monitoring tools.
• Resolve warnings and alerts in the remote monitoring system.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Set up, upgrade, and replace desktop and laptop hardware.
• Track and log time accurately for all client work.
