Job summary

Peyton Resource Group is seeking a Client Services/Technology Support Specialist in Fort Worth, TX. This role serves as the 1st point of contact for managed services clients, handling tickets end-to-end from intake to closure and escalating to Level 3 when needed.

You will manage Microsoft 365 tenants across multiple tenants, Entra ID security, and network troubleshooting, while documenting every step and maintaining billable hours. Strong communication to non-technical stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on technical support in modern technology, MS-centric environments with Level 3 capability.
• 3+ years with a managed service provider or multi-client service organization.
• Experience carrying a book of client accounts, tracking billable time, and meeting service levels.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned client tickets from intake to closure, triaging Level 1 requests and resolving Level 2 issues, escalating Level 3 as needed.
• Serve as primary technical contact for defined client accounts via ticketing system, phone, email, remote sessions, and onsite visits.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenants including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Defender, Intune, licensing, permissions, groups, and security policies.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID across tenants: lifecycle, access controls, Conditional Access, MFA.
• Diagnose Level 3 network/infrastructure faults (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, wireless) and coordinate with vendors.
• Document incidents, steps, resolutions, and client conversations in PSA; track billable time daily.
• Advise on security, reliability, and productivity improvements; identify licenses and upgrades to address gaps.
