Job summary

Integris in Texas seeks a Systems Technician to deliver frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and basic connectivity issues. You will be the first point of contact via phone, email, and client portal, providing professional guidance and timely solutions to keep client systems running smoothly.

This role supports growth into Systems Administrator responsibilities, offers work across on-site, client-site, or remote home office settings, and may include on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in technical support or help desk.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and Windows OS.
• Experience in MSP or multi-client environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle frontline end-user support via phone, email, and portal.
• Manage tickets and SLA-driven work orders.
• Escalate complex issues to admins/engineers.
• Document work for billing and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with IT team and participate in meetings.
• Maintain SOPs and contribute to documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Assist with on-call rotations as required.
