Job summary

Coretelligent, LLC. is seeking a Senior Client Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical resource for a key client environment in the NYC metro area. You will balance hands-on support, proactive system management, and technical leadership within a fast-paced MSP setting.

You’ll work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to support daily operations, drive improvements, and maintain high service delivery standards across Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, 365, and Azure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems engineering, or MSP environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, 365, and Azure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a client environment, supporting ~300–400 users and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Manage Identity and Access across Microsoft Entra ID, including user lifecycle, permissions, and security best practices.
• Own and maintain Intune environments, including device management, policy creation, compliance enforcement, and ongoing optimization.
• Support and manage Microsoft 365, including Teams and Exchange Online, ensuring stability and performance across the environment.
