Job summary

Knowledge Services in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Program Delivery Specialist to serve as a key contact on state government MSP accounts. You will partner with hiring managers and vendors to forecast staffing needs, manage requisitions, onboarding, and ensure compliance across the MSP program.

In this role you will develop strong client relationships, interpret MSP policies, and drive program reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years recruiting or staffing industry experience in MSP or staffing agency.
• Experience with MSP/VMS programs is highly desired.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and vendors to forecast staffing needs and fulfill requisitions.
• Serve as the primary program advisor for state government agencies within the MSP.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and communicate program requirements and expectations.
• Interpret MSP policies to determine vendor eligibility and compliance adjustments.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure timely and compliant resource start dates.
• Prepare and deliver program reporting, metrics, and trainings.
